Patrick> <<I'm sure that kit used to contain a real live monkey until the party-poopers at PETA sued them>>: Nah, that'd be in the super delux kit, with an actual gun instead of a dart, a piece of elastic, and some string (really).

Tharos> <<it even had a "monkey's revenge" sort of experiment later on where the monkey shot at the hunter somehow>>: Probably lobbing a banana over a cliff.

Gunjack> <<What is this?>>: Classic physics problem. You cant to shoot a monkey that's hanging off a branch, but it'll drop as soon as you pull the trigger (let's say because it saw the muzzle flash), so where do you aim? You actually aim right at the monkey because gravity works on the monkey and the bullet to the same degree.
<<What'd I miss in Death and Rebirth?>>: A summary of the series for the first half (using a frame story of the Children warming up and playing a string quartet of Canon), then End up to the point where the white Evas circle Asuka.
<<I loved the "ode to joy" when that one angel attacked... Japan's got some wierd musical sensabilities>>: No arguements.
<<If it were a pepperbox, then probably percussion>>: Nope, rifle, or at least long barreled.
<<whatcha mean, "at least some blatant humor"?>>: It's not really the sort of thing to guffaw at.
<<Northern Ireland?>>: The Vatican's not involved there.
<<Didn't the nautilus run on batteries?>>: Maybe, but it was still a closed system, and I don't think it's subsystems ran off them. And a definition (from wordspy.com): steampunk (STEEM.punk) n. A literary genre that applies science fiction or fantasy elements to historical settings and that features steam-powered, mechanical machines rather than electronic devices.
<<Then why is so popular?>>: Because the first half is still good, and the second is good for scarring newbies.
<<You would>>: I may be predictable, but at least I'm strange. And I advocate more love in the world.

Na zdorov'ya.

Gside><<Nor much to say today. Gunjack must be tired from all that phone sex.>> Not so much. Just consumed with a desire to do some 3d modeling, and feverishly trying to find a program to use. Ended up with Blender.
<<The most interesting thing to happen to me this week was that I helped put to geter a shoot the monkey just as it's falling physics demonstration.>> What is this?
<<Does it really make much of a difference? Though I'd say Rei.>> I figured it was Yui. What'd I miss in Death and Rebirth? Can't seem to get a copy of it...
<<Greg Dean would probably disagree.>> He's too happy for his opinion to matter.
<<But a good piece of music.>> I suppose. I loved the "ode to joy" when that one angel attacked... Japan's got some wierd musical sensabilities.
<<Maybe it was flint.>> If it were a pepperbox, then probably percussion.
<<I've read one, but all the copies at my library are rather old, and at least some blatant humor.>> whatcha mean, "at least some blatant humor"? that just don't make sense. Anyway, Jeezes is the ultimate. Get the old BBC version on video if ye can. It's worth it, for dry humor... <<But I like engrish.>> As do I, but not when it mangles a perfectly good name. Like, the final bad guy in that series was supposed to be the egyptian god Set. They translated it Seth. Ruins the effect, it does.
<<That isn't quite what I meant, more that to create a tension that doesn't really exist anymore.>> Northern Ireland?
<<I didn't think Verne did much electric transmission. Maybe some static, but not a whole lot of current. Besides, weren't all of Verne's lights gas lights?>> Didn't the nautilus run on batteries? or is that just my imagination running off with me?
<< That's part of the point, it started out so well with giant crazed robots, religious overtones, fanservice, and a penguin; and just didn't quite end up as what everyone expected.>> Then why is so popular?
<< I vote for the phonesex.>> You would. But I tells ya, me bye, two weeks from now, ye just look northwest and watch the glow...

Gside: When we learned about the "shoot the falling monkey" experiment, we only got to _watch a video_ of it. But it was cool because it even had a "monkey's revenge" sort of experiment later on where the monkey shot at the hunter somehow. Crazy physicists.

It's getting closer and closer... there's only 5 days left until The Gathering 2004 in Montreal, Quebec!

And sadly, I won't be able to count off the final days with you, because I'm heading up to Montreal on Wednesday to assist with the final preparations. So only two more days of work for me before my week off begins.

Nor much to say today. Gunjack must be tired from all that phone sex.
The most interesting thing to happen to me this week was that I helped put to geter a shoot the monkey just as it's falling physics demonstration. Sad monkey, though. Only a picture of a monkey on a piece of foam, not stuffed at all. But what do you expect for a fraction of the price of the rest of the kits?

I was just reading "Dark Ages: A Link to the Past" and I'm trying to figure out what episodes of the orginal series it comes between. It obviously has to be before Robbins finds out that Hudson is a Gargoyle as he seems not to know in the story.
Can anyone elaborate on this?

I got a new computer because my old one crashed, Millenium Edition is evil... And I got a kitty named Ear-bear, though he's coloured like a ferret with tiger stripes, looking nothing like a bear at all. But I like the name better than Ear-tiger or Ear-ferret.

"TGS is moving"
That's good to hear. As long as there is some word that it is being worked on, people are happy.
I was just going to ask about it actually, but someone else beat me to it.

Some Garg sites have said they should re-open by the end of 2004. But then they all say that, so who knows really.

"This Land"
Haha, I saw it on the CTV news and checked out the whole thing. Very funny. I've even spread it around my clan-ppl so they can enjoy it. Most of them are American anyways.

Greetings;

"Because apparently they have this weird thing called "speed limits"

On the topic of driving to the Gathering, it may be important to note that Montreal is considered to have the worst drivers in Canada (the fact that they beat Toronto really scares me). Although I have never driven in Montreal before, the rule for driving in Toronto probably apply.

1. Do not use your turn signals; you will only confuse the natives who are unaware of their existence.

2. Red light stop. Green light go. Yellow light, go very fast, and if the light has just turned red, then it is counted as a yellow and not a red.

3. Crosswalks are anywhere where you have to cross the street to get to where you want. The cars can sense when you’re coming anyways.

4. Cyclists can count as either a vehicle or a pedestrian, usually whichever pisses you off more at that given time.

5. It's only illegal if you get caught.

Those are the time honoured rules, use them well. The only place that I have actually been to where the drivers were worse was in NY. I swear the cab drivers have a magical ability to bend time and space, because there is no way that a car can fit into the places they make them.

Wooh! Back in the CR! I missed this place while I was gone, yet another week, at my future college (in about a month) for a week-long guitar workshop. I remember during a music convo that a few of you guys liked jazz. Any fans of Joe Negri, Jimmy Bruno, or Sheryl Bailey? How about Michael Manring and David Cullen? I took classes from them and saw them perform - all amazing musicians.

And while I was gone: A friend of mine unknowingly had a kid on a bike grab onto the back of his truck, and the kid let go and nailed a parked car - he's now in critical condition. One of my closest friend's dad died on my other closest friend's couch. And someone started a rumor that I kicked my original singer out of my band because he was on heroin (he just sucked at singing, he's a stand-up guy - and that was like 3 years ago)... Look what happens in 36 hours when I leave town!

Anyway, not that it affects a whole lot, but I'm back, so I'll be reading and making insignificant posts once a week or so. :)

Gunjack> <<was that his mom, or Rei?>>: Does it really make much of a difference? Though I'd say Rei.
<<Still gotta see Death and Rebirth>>: Not that important for you, you've got the movies backwards.
<<Real Life Sucks>>: Greg Dean would probably disagree.
<<these headlights look pretty good to me>>: And those bumpers...
<<Strange, strange episode>>: But a good piece of music.
<<I meant just one gonne. Matchlock? Flintlock?>>: Just one, it came from a note in the margins by Leonard of Quirm. It did have a magazine, but I forget if he described what set off the charges. Maybe it was flint.
<<P.G. Wodehouse, now>>: I've read one, but all the copies at my library are rather old, and at least some blatant humor.
<<I consider it my sacred duty to de-stupify japanese versions of English names>>: But I like engrish.
<<I thought that was pretty sweet too>>: That isn't quite what I meant, more that to create a tension that doesn't really exist anymore.
<<I'd always kinda assumed it was just Jules Verne-style fiction with modern sensabilities>>: I didn't think Verne did much electric transmission. Maybe some static, but not a whole lot of current. Besides, weren't all of Verne's lights gas lights?
<<Dude, yer ruining my familial snobbery. Stop it>>: Just be glad you aren't a Doubleton. They're on the border of not even being counted.
<<I kinda have trouble understanding the series got so popular. It's kinda... unsatisfying>>: That's part of the point, it started out so well with giant crazed robots, religious overtones, fanservice, and a penguin; and just didn't quite end up as what everyone expected.
<<Eh?>>: Daigakusei no Ranma and Daigakusei no Ukyou. Probably the biggest Ranma continuation effort. At one point there were four guys working somewhat steadily, now there's only one who disappears from time to time and hasn't released anything significant in a long time (last full episode was three years ago, and he showed off under two new pages back in January).
<<so I can talk to my wife, or I can get a good night's sleep>>: I vote for the phonesex.

Okay, finished End of Evangelion last night. Still not seeing the depressing; global genocide is nice, but the catchy pop tune kinda spoils the effect. DAMN can Asuka deal the hurt... So, uh, he merged with the big thingy (was that his mom, or Rei?), and kinda sucked all the life off the planet, and then sorta decided maybe he should give it back. Then he strangled Langley again. He needs to stop combining verb "squeeze" with noun "Asuka" in ANY context, especially the first one.
I dunno, I'm kinda disapointed that it's not the mindjob everyone claimed. Still gotta see Death and Rebirth, but I think I've pretty well got the sequence figured out. We'll see.

Speaking personally, the reason I haven't dropped Bad Guys yet is because I HAVEN'T lost the passion. I think it's a great story, and I really want to see it released. Like Lyn said, Real Life Sucks. In Lain and my case, the Suckage has mostly involved her lack of a computer, which wasted about two months of time when writing would have been all she COULD do.

Gside><<Woohoo. Noone wants to know how laws (or sausage) are made, so while that's happening, why not watch how babies are made.>> "We must regulate better headlights, or our roads will be unsafe!"
"I don't know, dimitri... these headlights look pretty good to me!"
<<I could sell you my Dance Like You Want to Win DVD that I picked up before I got the boxed set.>> Too late now, homes. And that was one of the ones that worked. Strange, strange episode.
<<No, but it's probably a good starting point for you.>> I meant just one gonne. Matchlock? Flintlock?
<<It's British humor, what do you want?>> Dunno. I think I outgrew douglas adams. P.G. Wodehouse, now...
<<Besides, he's worked with Neil Gaiman, and I'm sure you already like the Endless mythology.>> King of Dreams was the only one I've read yet. Haven't had a chance to get my hands on the actual books yet.
<<Isn't it just Integra? Otherwise they'd have been saying Inutegararu.>> I consider it my sacred duty to de-stupify japanese versions of English names. Besides, Integral sounds better. And it's ALUCARD, not ARUCARD. I expected no less derision from them when I pronounced Ukyou "UCK-YOU" and Akane "A-CAIN".
<<And I thought it was interesting how they were trying to pit Catholics against Anglicans.>> Yeah, I thought that was pretty sweet too. I really wish they'd make some more, or at least release Psalm of Darkness... I wanna see him take on the Church.
<<Steampunk is what would have happened without Edison or Tesla. All power is transmitted mechanically or chemically (natrual gas), not electrically.>> o.O ...Really? I'd always kinda assumed it was just Jules Verne-style fiction with modern sensabilities.
<<As long as you don't mind having to wait through a trick until you can start trumping.>> Dude, yer ruining my familial snobbery. Stop it.
<<Does it have anything to do with the phrase "negotiable affection"?>> Ah, the memories...
<<Yup, pretty much.>> Honestly, I kinda have trouble understanding the series got so popular. It's kinda... unsatisfying. Maybe my expectations were just too high going in...
<<Reminds me of DnR/DnU.>> Eh?

Lynati - You tell em, Lyn! ;8 P
<<so I'll have access to all my art and writing for the two months I'll be on the coast before I move to Texas.>> And of course, this WOULD be right before we leave to Canada forever.
<<Why are my dishes fuzzy?>> From personal experience, probably because you're out of fuel for the Flamethrower.

Tired. Lain finally got meaningful hours at her job, which is a good thing, but between that and the two-hour time differential, she gets home at what the Great State of Texas firmly believes is Midnight. so I can talk to my wife, or I can get a good night's sleep.

Choices...

*Looks up from packing and wishes she had time recently to devote to Timedancer 5, so she could continue the trend*

"Why it cannot just declare itself at an end with quiet dignity is something I will continue to never understand."

Ending the series with some modicrum of dignity is what we are presently attempting to do. However, it was determined that to wrap up the remaining plot threads it is going to take a fourth (our current) and fifth season of Gargoyles, a fifth of Timedancer, and a third of Dark Ages. And we have Overall Plot laid out for all of these. We *know* what is going to happen. Translating it into well-written fiction is the hard part.

And it isn't so much that we lack for staff at present- it is that the staff who have projects that for various reasons cannot be turned over to others are having problems finding time to work on them. Myself included. I've got two full fics and several that I am supposed to be co-authoring that I've had to shelve. Bishansky has a few that RL has kept him from. One of our guest writers has been busy with the current Gathering, and another only just resurfaced after a several month absence because of computer problems. As in, a complete meltdown.

I just turned in my final paper for my last summer class four hours ago, and assuming I pass, I've just completed the last credits required to officially get my double-major. No more school to interfere. I'm taking my computer with me this summer, from Missouri to Maryland, so I'll have access to all my art and writing for the two months I'll be on the coast before I move to Texas.

And I need to have my WHOLE APARTMENT packed, as in, everything I own put into boxes, before I leave for the coast three days from now because I'm only stopping in here long enough to throw everything in the moving truck when I come through in September.

I won't be able to even get back to my part in progress until at least after the Gathering. Welcome to the Real World, where we all have to deal with class, work, eating, making our fathers hand over our medical records so we can get health insurance and find out what is causing our migraines, sleeping, etc. You think *we* all wanted this to take so long?

We are working with a skeleton crew of dedicated (but as Todd pointed out, "extremely distracted by Real Life Problems") people. Yes, TGS is moving v-e-r-y slowly, but it IS moving. The staff intend to write and post its concluding seasons, and we can only hope you all will bear with us to see it through.

Right now some of us have shifted focus to an in-depth re-reading of all the TGS fics posted thus far, to make sure that as little is missed as possible when it comes time to tweak Gargoyles season five. There has been talk of doing episodic reveiws here; that would be very helpful to the Staff reveiwers as well.

So who wants to start?

Happy birthday to all the birthday peoples. Always remember: Growing OLD is mandatory, but growing UP is optional. ;)

TGS had a pretty good life as far as collabrative fanfic goes, but it's been obvious to most of us here that the steam ran out a long time ago. Why it cannot just declare itself at an end with quiet dignity is something I will continue to never understand. For as long as the haitus has lasted, the "coming soon" on the marquee isn't really fooling anyone anymore.

But speaking of things that are coming soon (how's that for a segue)...

Moochie> The last two eps of the Eva series are what they are because Gainax are brilliant artists, but they can't hold onto money to save their lives.

They blew so much money early in the series that by episode 15 or so, they'd run out of cash for little things, like Hideki Anno's Prozac prescription refills, and by episode 24 they'd run out of cash for slightly larger things, like actually being able to animate their animated series.

End of Eva is basically Anno saying "Oh, you didn't like my beautiful metaphoric ending? Well f**k you all then! I'll kill everybody. How you like them apples?"

End of Eva is the second biggest case of fan-rape ever, and the reason Slayers passed Eva as my all time favorite anime.

(For those of you keeping score at home, the worst case of fan-rape ever is and probably always will be The Phantom Menace)

But when did you have balls? *grin* You had been a neutered dead 14 yr old kitty hm? So thus no more porn for you heehee.

Yesterday I’ve been toa funeral, for my friend’s mom. I wanted to be there for my friend despite the fact I’m anti-funeral. It’s so depressing. The service was nice but TOO long. The preacher only had ten minutes to talk but it ended up being 40 minutes. The service in total was nearly two hours in a stuff nonventilated church that felt like a massive oven. God my friend’s father was breaking down t what the guy said about the “new body” and this and that…death is bad death death death death.THEN he pulled out stats about the ‘real’ killer in the world. Satan…then…a vision he had ten years ago…non-stop babble man and the poor mourning familywas all in tears or just getting real pissed off because kids were running around and people nearly fainted from the stffy oven. I couldn’t help thinking that I rather bake to death than listen to one more minute of this guy.

Oh man…It makes me glad I’m a atheist. No disrespect to anyone of course It just too…much for a funeral ceremony.

On the positive note yesterday I managed to bring a few smile and chuckles to the reception. I attempted to run over my friend who was in cocktail shoes (3 inch spikey heels hehe) Her boyfriend thought he was safe….*cackles*

Happy birthday Brutis, Mara and Revel! :)

Gunjack
.>> Yeah, lego mecha smash real good too. Especially the superheavy armored frames that weigh like five pounds. <<
Still smashin’ fun! Whooo!
<<She should feel secure in rotundity. Besides, if the next Ice-age hits, we'll last a heckuva lot longer...<<

Not what I meant. She’s pretty much content with herself. No cares. No worries. Very laidback but will kick anyone’s ass in a heartbeat if certin circumstances arises, like a game of hockey. haha

I’m glad I never watched Evangelian…*smirks*

Attila, your perverse manners never fail you. Besides the france bike tour is for sissies. Where I live, CB’s famous for the most difficult bike race in the world. (not kidding here CB’s always where the WorldTriathlon is. ) I would liked to see Lance Armstrong on that. I bet he could do a good chunk of it…since he does have more balls than france…

Yeah. I had to end the sad day with a positive note! Now I’m gonna hunt for more coffee. Whoo.

ANONYMOUS - While I'm no longer on the TGS staff and therefore can't fully answer your question, I do know enough about things from the time that I spent on it before I resigned in January to know that the answer is most likely going to be, at best, "not for a long time".

When I left, we had one big problem facing us; nearly all of us no longer had the free time to work on the project. Almost all of the staff members had so much work and school on their plates that they were barely able to contribute any longer. (This is why the fourth season of "Pendragon" was almost exclusively done by myself and Ed Reynolds in terms of the Breakdowns, Writing, and Edits.) The result was that things moved extremely slowly.

There may also have been another factor at work here, which had been afflicting TGS for the last few years. When the first two seasons of it came out, the cancellation of "Gargoyles" was still fresh in the staff's minds and that motivated it to come out with fresh "Gargoyles" stories to ensure that the series would, in some way, continue. But as the years went by (it's been now a little over seven years since the television series ended), the memory of "Gargoyles" began to fade and the passion slowly died down with it. Maybe the release of the DVD of the first season later this year will rekindle the flame. We'll have to wait and see.

I'm sorry if this wasn't much of an answer to your question, Anonymous. If anybody who's still on the TGS staff is still reading this, they might be able to tell you more (since they'll have more up-to-date information than I do).

Leo> <<the "special person" she was referring to was Mara Cordova>>: Whoops. When I hear special person, I only think significant other. So happy birthday Mara.

Gunjack> <<it looks like lust is winning after all>>: Woohoo. Noone wants to know how laws (or sausage) are made, so while that's happening, why not watch how babies are made.
<<my crappy bootleg copy of Evangelion has way too many corrupted files>>: I could sell you my Dance Like You Want to Win DVD that I picked up before I got the boxed set.
<<What, just the one?>>: No, but it's probably a good starting point for you.
<<he seems to have a kinda freakout hyperactive douglas adams thing going on>>: It's British humor, what do you want? Besides, he's worked with Neil Gaiman, and I'm sure you already like the Endless mythology.
<<Or the Smith's Agents. Either way>>: As long as you can get someone constantly saying "Mr. Anderson".
<<How long ago? Hundred years?>>: It probably left the family after the Russians took it over, but our branch bugged out 87 years ago, I think. My father's mother's father was the younder son, and they never get the land so he came over. My great aunt is still living, and she was born there.
<<if I want cool vampires, I'll stick to Integral's crew>>: Isn't it just Integra? Otherwise they'd have been saying Inutegararu. And I thought it was interesting how they were trying to pit Catholics against Anglicans.
<<Steampunk is higher-tech, like Eddison or Tesla>>: Steampunk is what would have happened without Edison or Tesla. All power is transmitted mechanically or chemically (natrual gas), not electrically.
<<That's just wrong, man. On so many levels>>: See, it'd have worked.
<<guven all the sharp corners, it wouldn't be very nice to the lingere either>>: Then you'd just have to design the lingere well.
<<A thought occurs>>: Does it have anything to do with the phrase "negotiable affection"?
<<NOTHING is better than a Singleton. *nose in air*>>: As long as you don't mind having to wait through a trick until you can start trumping.

Happy Birthday Brutis.

Gunjack> <<WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT>>: Yup, pretty much.
<<Where were the white crow angels? Where's Asuka getting hit in the head with that big ribbon lance thingy? Where's the people getting turned to orange slime by rei?>>: Death, Rebirth, and End.

No, see, here's the deal. I've heard about Evangelion plenty. I watched the music videos. I heard the stories. I knew that the ending was confusing and depressing.

BUT IT WASN'T! It wasn't confusing OR depressing! It was... CHEERY, when it calmed down enough to take a breath and form cohesion... But talking!

Where were the white crow angels? Where's Asuka getting hit in the head with that big ribbon lance thingy? Where's the people getting turned to orange slime by rei?

Confusing and depressing I can deal with, but it's like the story just... STOPPED.

*Sigh*

Grabbing End of Evangelion now, cause my copy doesn't work at all. To recap: depressing, confusing, f$7k-ass wierd, all okay.
NO ENDING AT ALL, NOT OKAY.

Bored, and my crappy bootleg copy of Evangelion has way too many corrupted files. Bugger all...

Gside><< In the pictures I looked up he seemed slightly large, but not rolly.>> That's cause his coat hid it well. Trust me, under all those medals was a serious beer-stine-induced GUT. <<I'm pretty sure you'd like Men at Arms, it's about The Gonne.>> What, just the one? I dunno... From what little I've seen, he seems to have a kinda freakout hyperactive douglas adams thing going on... <<See, that'll teach you not to listen to me. And of course it opens the door for a Matrix joke or two with Agent Smith.>> Or the Smith's Agents. Either way.
<<I like it. Allegedly that side of the family used to have a nice sized farm around there.>> Duuuuuuude. How long ago? Hundred years? More? Wiped out by Vlad?
<<Not even if you shut off your brain?>> Not even then. That movie was a STINKER. Everything about it was tacky and poorly crafted. The acting was abyssmal. A few of the special effects were nice, but overall, if I want cool vampires, I'll stick to Integral's crew.
<<Like how you didn't think of the Council of Smiths.>> Smiths are too low-tech anyway. Steampunk is higher-tech, like Eddison or Tesla.
<<Also carry domestic comics and other geeky stuff. Breadth is not a bad thing.>> Yeah, but there's already a HUGE comic store in the area, so the domestic comics market is pretty well covered. We're trying to find anything we can, though, in preperation for a business plan.
<<That's about it. I think it was I suggestion of a revenge she could gain on you, to wake up and sudenly find your guns were wearing lacy underthings.>> That's just wrong, man. On so many levels. Plus, guven all the sharp corners, it wouldn't be very nice to the lingere either...
<<No, that's Lain's job. Unless you can pay me.>> A thought occurs...
<< Eh, a void's better than a singleton (bridge terminology again)>> NOTHING is better than a Singleton. *nose in air*

Atila><<I'm an offensive, neutered, dead, cat with a large collection of Ann Coulter porn.>> *Shudders deeply, and wretches* Urgh... That's a crime against god, man...

Hellcat><<Awesome! I loved legos as a kid haha. Although I did cars out of leggos so I could race ‘em and then smash them.>> Yeah, lego mecha smash real good too. Especially the superheavy armored frames that weigh like five pounds.
<<Cute as hell really but she’d kill me if I say that in front of her face.>> She should feel secure in rotundity. Besides, if the next Ice-age hits, we'll last a heckuva lot longer...

Gabe><< Grow up and leave cycling to the people who know something about it.>> Hear hear. Oh, and we need to game, dude. Unless this is a completely different Gabe than I'm thinking of. *Checks suspiciously for fuzz and Trueness*

Enters and claps her hands. Okay guys set up your instruments right over there.

The three Chibi's :Zelgadis, Squall, and Delila enter carrying guitars and a drum set. All three of them are wearing dark clothing . They have long dark wings in their heads and pairs of sunglasses across the room.

Chibi Squall: We are here for a birthday. The rest of you suck!

Hey! Squall be nice.

Squall: Like HFIL I will. Let's take it from the top.

:::Their music starts. Zelgaids is playing lead guitar with Squall on base and delilah wailing on the drums.

All Chibis: "Happy Birthday to you :MARA! Happy Birthday to you: MARA! Happy birthday, happy birthday. Happy Brithday to you: SHINGAMI!"

Zelgadis: This comment room is a joke!

What is with your attitude today?

Delilah: We are punks.

Just because you shop at Hot Topic does not make you punks. Now you three better go before someone decides to order the Rolling Stones to be killed.

Right now I feel dizzy. I don't feel dizzy unless I am either hung over(and that is rare because I adhere to my two drink maximum policy most of the time) or I am not getting enough sleep. It's the latter because I cleary am building up my sleep debt. I'll get out of debt during the road trip.

I'm going to see Evanesence tonight! I'm so excited.

I got other stuff to work on. I gotta get a hair cut and dye my hair. I have premature gray already. I have to make my packing list.

I also bought five new outfits for my trip. I tend to buy my shirts at the mall and pants at Target.

Wow...I actually posted. I'm going to be dead on my feet by tonight.

Let's see. Did a crazed frenchman jump out and punch Lance in the kidneys like they did to Eddy Merckx, Belgian and greatest cyclist to ever walk the earth, on his attempt at a 6th victory? No.

Did Bernard Hinault, FRENCH cycling legend, trash Lance? No, in fact he trashed the media for accusing Lance of gaining more red blood cells during chemotherapy; in fact, he called them Bastards.

Did Greg Lemonde, American cycling legend, criticize Lance of doping? YES!
