Guidelines to follow when submitting and editing a profile and other information involving profiles and submissions. Everything is handled on a case-by-case basis (with these guidelines kept in mind) due to the uniqueness of every post and situation.

Current posters and all TGS Staffers are eligible for this service as long as they meet the requirements. People who rarely post or are no longer around but could have once qualified for this service may create a profile.

* Attendance: the presence in the forum through postings. 1 month equals about 30 days, with 7 days per week.
Not all posts are factored into your eligibility. Valid posts must include replies to other people or comments starting/contributing to a discussion. Posts consisting solely of the following will be ignored. Please understand, due to various factors, everyone isn't available for this service. If you are turned down now, you may be eligible at a later time.
Please keep the following in mind when submitting new profiles and revising existing ones.
After I receive your new profile submission, I will notify you within 2 weeks of the receipt and inform you of your eligibility status. If you are not eligible, I will inform you of this and suggest you try again at a later date. If you are eligible, I will analyze the data for inappropriate content, edit content (not spelling/grammar) where necessary, then email you confirming your eligibility, along with a text-based rough draft of your profile. After you approve the content, I will create your profile page and notify you via email of the published page, including its URL.
After I receive data to revise your existing profile, I will notify you within 2 weeks of the receipt. The data will then be analyzed for inappropriate content and edited where necessary (not spelling/grammar). If no editing was required, I will directly update your profile page without emailing a draft. However, if your data required editing or if you requested a draft to be sent before publication, I will email you a text-based rough draft of your revised profile, which will require your approval before your online profile page is updated. I will notify you via email once your online profile page is revised.
If I haven't contacted you within 2 weeks from the time you submitted data, please email me to see if I received your submission. I may have received it but been too busy to work on your application/account. However, if I didn't receive your submission, please re-send data and wait 2 weeks for a reply.
Once a profile is added to the list it will not be removed unless necessary, as dictated by the situation in question. Profiles will remain archived, no matter the recent degree of attendance in the forum, so that people reading the CR Archives can learn more about the people behind the posts. A profile can also be deleted upon the request of the owner. Send all requests to Lady Mystic.
If you are having trouble with the submission form, please send your submissions via email with the necessary information to Lady Mystic. Please notify Lady Mystic directly via email or in the CR of any page or submission form malfunctions.
Please notify Lady Mystic PRIVATELY through email of any problems or concerns with published data. Send all other requests to Lady Mystic via email or post them directly to her in the CR. Please follow the instructions for sending requests and concerns.
