[The screen reveals that Wilek, Miriam, Doug, Kitainia, the Ravens, and the ten Dark Star stormtroopers have located the main command sanctum of the Dark Guardian by hacking into their computers after Brian extracted the system password from a gang member <deep breath> and are currently on their way there, fighting the horde of zombies and cyborgs.] The Vayas Comos Ninjas couldn't have scored all this gear by themselves. Someone has to be backing them. Someone powerful.

SMURFS?!?!?!?! WHAT THE !@#@!#ING !#@!#@!?! NOT IN MY CR! NOT ON MY WATCH! JAKE! TERI! CLEANUP! [The massive bat-wolf mutate and slender bat-fox mutate saunter into the room with Quarryhammers that they stole from Geoffrey Fieger's secret Illuminati citadel in Detroit City Hall. They use these hammers to squish all the smurfs into blue gak.] Thank you SO MUCH.

a Mel Brooks Gargs spoof> Ack, if he made such a demonic abomination, I would kill him with my bare claws.

AotN> What the...?

Green Baron> Wilek Gore, like all of the clones of me, is dead from SJ's clone degenerative virus. [SJ speaks hesitatingly into the screen at Wilek. "Ummm...this may not be the best time to tell you this...but...there's one less dose of the vaccine in our possession than there should be. There's a clone who wasn't on the approved list who is still alive."] WWWWWWHHHHHHAAAAAATTTTTT??????!!!!! OH SNOT!!! SJ, lock down your lab! Make sure that *thing* doesn't get back there to make more clones. We'll go looking for the clone after we take down the Dark Guardian.

Cliff Oberon> Welcome to the realm of charismatic insanity! Enjoy your stay! Would you like a steak sandwich? Our caterer Shenzi brought them a while back. (Who in their right mind names their kid after an animated hyena?)

Well, we'd better take down the Dark Guardian and take him down soon if we want to get rid of my remaining clone. [Wilek's team finally makes it into the central sector of the Vayas Comos Ninjas HQ, thanks to Brian's info and Gubio's hacking skills.] This is the last leg of the journey, all. Be prepared... [The screen shuts down.]

Hey! I'm new here. I'm not really sure I'm gonna come back. This comment thing is more like a chat room than a comment room. I wish it was a daily thing, rather than weekly. Anyway, I was wondering why the episodes archive isn't up. I've got it bookmarked, and it didn't work. Then I come to the main page and it isn't even up. What's up with that?

<p><p>*she swoops in* Hello everybody! Let me introduce myself. My name is Cliff Oberon. I'm half Child of Oberon. Well, nevermind. I'm not going to go into details. Anyway, I just wanted to say hi, and test out how well this comment goes. I'll be going now. *opens a gateway & goes back to NY*

**Green Baron walks in with a lsit to give to Doug, and a screen pops in with a short shriveled plain-clothes nun who looks very uncomfortable**

Doug> From your list of intolerants, Sister Sue looks pretty uncomfortable with all those right-wingers. I figures she could have some of her own philosophy thrown in :)

My additions: Jesse Jackson, Patricia Ireland, Maxine Waters, Jerry Falwell, Pat Schroeder, David Bonior, Charles Rangel, Bob Jones, Pat Buchanan, and the National Council of Churches: a Liberal Clone of the Christian Coalition. I think Sister Sue, aka the Druid, should like the company :)

Green Baron's profile:
Age: 21, though he appears younger because he is always clean-shaven, but his eyes show an older weariness.
Appearance: Green suit with green-blue checkered vest. Blue tie, and gold pocketwatch. Black shoes and dark socks with blue-red sock garters.

My RL appearance. There is a picture of me on my website. I wish some of you would view it (hint!hint!) :)

I am 21 and I am an Econ/Fiannce Major at Loyola Univeristy in New Orleans.
Favorite Unseelie: Umbriel
Favorite Gargoyles Episodes: City of Stone, Avalon
Favorite Color: Green
Political Affiliation: Registered Republican with Libertarian tendencies
Religion: Roman Catholic with fondness for tradition and mixed view on Religious Right. I find them a little too preachy and moralistic, plus I do see a seperation of Church and State, but I agree with them 100% on one controversial issue and they have great Economic views.

Deuce and Doug> I am surprised there is a controversial topic that should be avoided on Gargs CR. At least I'm not responsible for bringing up the subject, though I mentioned that bigoted play in the first place :)

Kyrvyn> I love that response to Wilek Clinton. Of course, now Wilek Gore now is in charge. Better re-load :)

Faveorite Gargoyles ep: The Mirror & Generations
Favorite TGS ep: Out of Joint, parts, 1 & 2
First Kiss: Uhh...Let me get back to you on that.
First Gargoyles Drawing: Demona, back in '93
Well, that's all I can think of for now. Someday, I hope to become a regular here, so I'll see everybody later. I hope.
BTW, just to let eveyone know, I do not call myself 'Brianna' after the Gargoyle. My real name *is* Brianna.

Ms. Destine has a malice, Ms. Destine always yells, Ms. Destine dies at sunset and becomes the bat from hello, Mr. X, give me an ancient dime, and if you set me up, I'll kick you right behind the princint clock, there lived some gargs and lass, the hunters came on in and tried to bomb their little ask me no more questions, tell me no more lies, Ms. Maza told me all of this the day before she dived right off the Eerie, not even able to blink, she dove right off a dam, and didn't float but sink me off to Avalon, where I need to be, sink off a skiff, and that's the end of me... :) Heh-heh.

Hellooo! I'm soo happy! Here's some poll answers:
Fave Gargoyles Eps~~> The Price, all Awakenings eps, Vows (don't laugh, even though the animation really stunk), and Shadows of the Past.
Fave TGS Eps~~> (all DA) Wanderer, Destiny, Seduction, and others.

AotN: Okay, so I've had this character around for about a year, and I still know as much about as any of you probably do, which is next to nothing. I did decide a long time ago that she was part of the Wyvern clan, one that died in the massacre, but was from the Trio's generation. I gave her the name Tasha (I liked it at the time time and it seemed to fit her personality). Anyway, her nature is pretty much fun-loving and friendly, and she loves to make a joke of nearly every situation, but when one of her friends is in danger and things get serious, watch out, 'cause she has a fierce temper. She has jade green skin, auburn hair, and big, bright eyes. That's about all I've created so far, though I did draw a picture, but it scanned badly, so I couldn't show it to you. *shrugs, then looks at what she wrote* Hmm, maybe I know more about her than I thought. *smiles*

*sigh* I miss Dark Ages, and I'm gonna complain about it 'til it gets a premiere date. Sorry, TGS staff.

Bye.

My contribution to a Mel Brooks movie with gargoyles - Elisa undercover as a hooker. Always undercover as a hooker. Everytime you see her in a different outfit, but definitly Hollywood hooker outfits. Mel Brooks does have a warped sense of humor.

Wow! look at all the polls. Lets see... where to begin.

IRL I am a 19 year old college student at Iowa State University. I my major is Management Information Systems, and I'm also working on a minor in preforming arts. I haven't really done any role-playing games, but I do play CCG's, most notably Star Trek and Legend of the Burning Sands.

As far as favorite episodes go
Gargoyles: The Mirror. I was ROTFLMAO the first time I saw this ep. City of Stone is a close second.
TGS Gargoyles: I have to go with Equality and Things Fall Apart.
Pendragon: Into the Woods. It rocked, what can I say?
Dark Ages: Don't really have a favorite.
Timedancer: Games Without Frontiers was my favorite overall TGS ep. Requiem and Daylight were also good.

Well, I think that's it for now.

Well, I just finished a three day gargoyle weekend, where I watched EVERY episode again, including Goliath Chronicle eps. And I did it all on a big screen with six speaker surround sound. Now THAT'S living... Yeah, I took a break or two to log on here before, and to sleep, but man, I'd forgotten how many great episodes the series had! Seems I answered improperly on the very poll I started! I discovered I don't have a favorite, as I love EVERY episode, except some of the bad Avalon journey episodes... Now I think I'm going to reread all the stories from this site... Starting with Timedancer... It's going to be a looong Sunday... And while everyone is answering as to their fave episode, no one is answering as to who their fave gargoyle is... Brooklyn here, all the way.

**DarkAngel comes out of the shadows**

Wow, there's a lot of polls.

Fav. Gargoyles Episode: Future Tense. I like dark futuristic stories... That's why I play Shadowrun.

Fav. TGS Episode: I like them all! I just have to go with The Rising, because it's the only one I have freshly implanted in my mind right now.

First Kiss: Never... (doh!) I have a lot of female friends, but I never got to deepen the relationship with any of them.

About my Character: DarkAngel is a character on my home Usenet newsgroup of alt.atheism in the thread "a.a EAC interactive adult story". EAC stands for Evil Atheist Conspiracy, and it's a spoof on the New World Order thingy that we hear so much about from fringe Christian groups. It's all a big inside joke that got started after someone accused us (on our own newsgroup even) of paving the way for the Antichrist's coming. DarkAngel is a half-human, half-demon Special Op agent in a sub-organisation of the EAC called the Black Daggers. We've been writing a story about the EAC, which you can probably find on DejaNews. I don't recommend it for anyone under 18 though, and maybe 21 if you live in one of the stricter States.

So, in this alternate universe of Gargoyles, DarkAngel would probably be a member of the Illuminati (that's the closest thing I can think of) and half-Unseelie. He has a cynical and cold demeanor, and his "poker" face practically never reveals any emotion (neither love, nor anger, neither fear nor joy). And don't worry, I know there are younger teens on this forum and so I won't go overboard with blood, gore and other adult stuff (you know what I'm talking about...) in my posts.

**DarkAngel fades back in the shadows with a slight smile on his face.**

(The monitor lights up with an image of the VCN cyborgs taking aim at the Ravens. Suddenly Wilek, Miriam, and Brian/Rolling Calf come up behind them and take all three out. Doug thanks them and then turns to face the camera and say his piece.)

Wilek, Brian: Thanks, friends. Glad you came along.

SJ: Of course I'm a Longhorns fan. I do go to their University! What's weird is my sister and most of the rest of my family are Aggie-fans, I'm a rebel. :) My cap used to be one that had Sheriff written on it, I liked that one better. Then the burglar stole it (grr!), so I now wear my Longhorns one.

Adam Sandler: Nobody beats him for stupid comedy. For intelligent comedy, though, Jim Carrey is a heck of a lot funnier, in my opinion.

I also like Mel Brooks a lot. Blazing Saddles and Spaceballs are my faves of his. I wonder if Mel Brooks were to do a Gargoyles spoof movie, what would it be like? All I can think of is that he'd have the Illuminutty Society, run by "Mr. Dullval," and Oberon might be called Obi-Ron Kenobe. :) Anyone else have an idea what other damage Mel Brooks might do if he got the rights?

Looking forward to the first Pendragon ep of the new season tonight. That's all I have to say now. Later!

**Sevarius Jr. strides into the comment room. Suddenly, he is nearly tripped off his feet by a moving sea of little blue creatures...**

Wha-? Alright! Who let smurfs in here? Do you have any idea how hard it is to get rid of those guys? Worse than cockroaches, I tell you.

Whew! Lots of polls.

Deuce's poll: In my RP's, I'm the "occasionally" mad scientist son of the evil geneticist Anton Sevarius (but don't worry, I'm not a bad guy like my pop. It's just...well...okay, sometimes my experiments turn out a little nasty. Hey, no ones perfect!)
IRL, I'm 19 yrs. old (going on 20, my b-day's not far off!) and I live right here at the capital of weirdness, Washington D.C. I'm still in college (unfortunately), trying to get a degree in both criminal justice and psychology (I want to try to go into criminal psychology). I like long walks on the beach, my favorite color is blue, and sharks scare the hell outta me. Anything else you need to know?

Fave Garg eps.: Hmm...I love the whole City of Stone, Avalon, and Hunter's Moon stories, but I gotta say Future Tense. I love a good "twisted future" tale.
Fave TGS, Timedancer, Pendragon, or Dark Ages eps.: C'mon, you can't expect me to pick just one, now can you? I love 'em all.

Wilek: Glad I could help you with the clones. Those little buggers were _really_ getting on my nerves.

Doug: Hey, a Longhorns fan! :)

As for you Adam Sandler fans...have you seen the previews for his new movie "Waterboy?" I gotta admit, it looks pretty funny. The idea of him all of a sudden going ballistic on the football field...makes me laugh!

Hi.
Well I'm thinking for 7 or 8. Maybe 8 gargoyles with a gargoyle beast.
Cheetah - Leanna - female ( young adult )
Zerba - male ( leader )
2 Wild Dogs ( one female and one male. The female is the oldest by 10 years. )
Gazelle - female ( about the same age has Bronx )
Meerkat - male ( 9 years old , the youngest )
Lioness - female ( the rookrey sister to Leanna )

Can you guys help me with something ? You know those dubs that people make that like Sailor Moon ? You know ,they make a NA version of a Japanese original clip like Sailor Uranus or Pluto transforming or doing an attack ?
Well , I want to dub my voice and use it in a AVI clip . But I don't know how.

Sorry. I'm okay, physically and otherwise. The stain's just fake theatre blood. But the $*%^&^) fall play is over! I don't have to mess with the gun full of blanks and the blood packets that pop early or don't pop at all anymore! You bet I'm happy!

Ravyn: I laugh my ass off every time I hear The Chanukah Song. I managed to tape it off the radio, but then my mom taped over it by accident...

Other stuff I've neglected while the play has kept me busy...hmmm...

Age: Physically and mentally 19. Emotionally...the jury's still out on that one. I'm a double major in English and Computer Sci at Hood College in Maryland.

Fave Gargoyles Eps: Future Tense, M.I.A., Pendragon, The Mirror
Fave TGS Gargoyles Eps: Turncoat, Consequences, Reprisals, The Rising
Fave Pendragon Eps: Into the Woods, The Tain (cue regulars from the summer shouting "WE KNOW ALREADY!!"), and Quest's End.
Fave Timedancer Eps: Requiem, For Old Times' Sake, Fleeting Encounters, The Promise.
Fave Dark Ages Eps: Wanderer, Coming of Age, Alliances.

Anyway, this shirt needs a washing, and I need some sleep, so that's all for now. Good night!

(Doug begins to speak.)

Kitainia: Are we switching colors or what? You used mine, I'll use yours. Hope nobody gets angry about it.

Wilek: Let's just say those VCNs are apparently dead, okay? The Ravens don't usually kill their opponents, contrary to popular belief we're not that violent. Just about as violent as the Manhattan Clan is, to be exact. Besides, the VCNs only have about twenty-two members IRL. We don't want to get rid of all of them. (Though the undead will stay, and so will any other new members we decide to throw into the mix of this RP story.)

Fanfic News: Finally started my New Olympus one today. I only have the first scene with the Ultra-Pack done, will do Scene 2 and subsequent ones later. Now if only Chris would get his archive back online so I can upload "Masterpiece."

Burglary Investigation Status: The cops are still looking, now news as of yet.

Welcome to Dark Angel and Mary Flanders!

Deuce's Poll: IRL, I am a mild-mannered UT-Austin college student, majoring in history and planning to teach it someday. But of course I'm also a Black Raven like my significant other Kitainia/Lisa Telman. I am the Ravens' co-leader and primary expert on tactics and strategy. I'm also one of the most creative of our little bunch.

My RP alter-ego Doug Elder is basically the same kind of human I am IRL, just someone who lives a more dangerous life and has a lot more high-tech devices and enemies. I look like Richard Harrison with a beard and mustache, and ordinarily wear jeans, sneakers, a collared shirt of some color (green today), and a UT Longhorns baseball cap. My gear includes a high-powered turbo-charged plasma shotgun, an iron nightstick, a jetbelt like George Jetson wears, Spiderman-style wristband web-shooters, and a few other things. I'm also an expert at karate, streetfighting, and tai chi chuan.

The rest of our group includes Keith/Dra_gon (indicates the half-Chinese guy in the cap and ninja Stealth suit going through a file cabinet) who is our other co-leader, and one of our smartest and most creative folk. IRL, he is a business student here at UT and our GM at RPG games as well as our friend. ; Stephanie/Belu-shee (points to a girl who looks a lot like Lisa, only fully human and with hair dyed blonde, watching the room's one window) who is Lisa's sister and a sociology student IRL and a female samurai and Highlander immortal in RPs; Shap [short for Benjamin Shapiro]/FrostFire (indicates a large stocky bearded black man going through another file cabinet) who is my best guy friend and an RTF student IRL and a modern-day somewhat unorthodox paladin in RP; law student Jim/Jammer (points to a big white guy who looks a lot like Ben Affleck planting explosives to crack open a safe), our driver and demolition man; Shauna/STAL (points to a young black girl carrying a bow and arrows in addition to her other gear), Lisa's best girlfriend and an accounting student IRL, as well as a very good archer and swordswoman in RPs; Alex/Gubio (a guy sitting at a computer who looks like a young Frohike throws everyone a wave), our computer programmer friend and a graduate student in that, as well as the world's most scrupulous hacker; Tricia/Lady Linnet (a cherub-faced brown-haired girl in camoflauge waves and then turns back to the pile of folders she's going through), Jim's girlfriend and an architecture student as well as my old high school chum IRL, and a powerful psychic and telepath in RP; Boris/Sugarov (a big blonde Russian-American guy says "Yo!" and then goes back to watching the room's ventilation shaft) who is an journalism major and Jim's fellow bouncer at a nightclub called Paradox IRL and our strongest Raven. He also carries the bazooka in our RP; and our fictional RP-only members the cleric Orion (an angelic-featured bearded man dressed all in white and carrying a mace salutes and then goes back to his pile of folders) and Lathrop the wizard (an elderly man who looks and dresses like Giles from Buffy, TVS nods and then goes back to magically opening locked cabinets with the help of his spellbook and staff). And of course Alex's big gray cat Mist, who is not here right now. Their personalities are basically that Keith is our smart (Xanatos-level intellect) guy and resident cynic, Jim is our resident comedian, Boris is a tough guy with the mentality of Owen Burnett, Shauna's the resident bitch and counselor, Tricia is a tough 'girly-girl' but also a very good friend, Alex is the resident computer geek, Shap is a serious Christian but also amazingly friendly and tolerant for one (like Green Baron or Deuce), Stephanie is Lisa's somewhat self-absorbed and chronically optimistic twin (as Keith puts it, the Joe Hardy to Lisa's Frank), Orion is the stereotypical cleric who's kind to his friends and tough to his enemies, and Lathrop is a lot like Giles with a sense of humor. We're all also pretty nice guys, and a lively bunch of folk on top of that. <grin>

Okay, that's all I came to say. Later!
(Doug turns back to going through a file cabinet when suddenly Kitainia whistles and all the Ravens look up to see Jose and three VCNs dressed in long trenchcoats standing in the room's doorway. "Kill these intruderos!" Jose orders his comrades, and then runs off. As the VCNs throw off their coats to reveal they each have a cybernetic gun-arm in place of their left hands and bring them up to take aim, the screen goes blank. Tune in next post to find out what happens.)

(The screen lights up with a picture of the Ravens searching a huge room full of computers and file cabinets in the VCN's headquarters. Kitainia walks forward to say hello.)

Wilek: Let's just say those VCNs Orion incinerated with the holy water were undead, okay? Ordinarily, holy water does not cause people to burst into flames, in fact it's pretty harmless to the living. Orion can only use it to a) bless us and thus make us more effective in combat, and b) harm undead because holy water evaporates and causes lots of steam damage when it makes contact with the skin of the undead. So the VCNs are now seeming to be better armed, automatic weapons I was expecting, but not undead or all these computers in their file room. (Gulliermo also doesn't usually keep records of his gang's operations. Maybe the Dark Guardian put this into effect.) Also, let's just say Sheppard took the Sillhouette went back to Shadow Island, as the Commandos needed to use it more than us.

Psychotic Clones: Don't be so sure all the psychotic clones are dead yet. Doug and I made sure Thailog, all Sevarius and Nick Mackovic's various clones (from Doug's fanfic), Doug's Borg-drone clone Guod, and my extremely insane Hyena-like clone Asil (from our RP) got vaccinated and survived. We and others had lots of plans for them that we did not want interrupted.

Favorite Gargoyles Eps: Hunter's Moon, Avalon, the Mirror, City of Stone, and Awakenings.
Favorite TGS Gargoyles Eps: Past Perfect, Equality, Turncoat, Consequences, Reprisals, and The Rising.
Favorite Timedancer Eps: The Promise, Dishonor, Daylight.
Favorite Dark Ages Eps: Coming of Age, Alliances.
Favorite Pendragon Eps: Into the Woods, Dragon's Wrath, Quest's End.

Deuce's Poll: IRL, I am a college student majoring in psychology at the University of Texas in Austin, and I am fully human. But in my RP persona, I am not just a student. I'm also a member of a small group of friends and fellow warriors known as the Black Ravens, who spend lots of time hanging out together IRL and in RP posts will often go out on missions to protect the city from criminal gangs such as the VCN, psychotic clones like Asil and Guod, and even on one occasion a UFO full of space aliens.

I'm the group's second-in-command (though since we're a democracy, it's only semi-official) as well as its best shot and most action-oriented female. My RP persona is also not fully human, she is a half-human half-gargoyle mutant. I had Dr. Anton Sevarius turn me into this because I thought it would be cool to be like a garg (and so far it has been, no problems I haven't been able to handle). Click my name to see Coyote's picture of exactly what I look like. (The other garg in there is Rosanna, a character of his.) I ordinarily carry a backpack full of useful items on my excursions, it's just not in the picture. I am also usually armed with a switchblade knife, a laser rifle I borrowed from Demona and probably will never return, and of course my skills at kickboxing, karate, and judo. I also have five fingers on each hand, all with retractable catlike claws. And I can glide, use my tail as a weapon, and have a very keen wisdom and intellect. I also own a motorcycle I call the Road Moccasin that I ride a lot (but never without my helmet).

I'll let Doug describe the rest of the gang. Don't want to make this post too long. Later!

(Kitainia walks over to guard the room door as Doug steps forward to say something.)

Ravyn: A caveat to what I said about the breather hose. It depends on what kind of car (specifically, what kind of engine) you are working on. Leaving it off may not work if you're working on an FI (fuel-injected) engine, or a carbureted engine with computer controls (example: mid '80's Chrysler 2.2, which has a carburetor but uses an FI air filter).
Thanks for the title of the story. That was it, "Past Perfect."
And I'm really familiar with Adam Sandler's stuff. Personally, I think his best ones are "The Chanukah Song" and "Lunchlady Land," although I had a roommate in college who really liked "Piece of **** Car."
And the pics I'll be posting are actually of my *other* car, the one that's running. I'm trying to get some money together (aside from my Gathering fundage) to have a new engine installed in the poor Tazillac.

Coyote> Very good! I didn't think anyone would recognize my Adam Sandler reference. Nah, my 'lonesome kicker' is a Scottish & Irish redhead with a short name and a big heart. His first name's Kyle, just in case I refer to him any more in here. :) And it can run pretty good without the breather hose? Hmm...I haven't even checked on prices yet for the darn thing. I'll have to consider that! Thanks for the info! And I can't wait to see the pictures of the Tazillac!

Poll:
Fav Animated Gargs ep> Hunter's Moon. Close seconds are Future Tense and The Mirror.
Fav TGS ep> I liked Perchance to Dream and the one Coyote's talking about with Goliath back in the middle ages. I think that was Past Perfect.

Well, it took two and a half hours and I'm now $48 lighter, but Lexington has his vinyls. And they're *spectacular*! As soon as I get pictures taken and developed, I'm posting them for everybody here to see.

Quick replies (among other things, mail's still down.):

Dark Angel: Wilkommen, bienvenue, welcome, c'mon in to our domain of utter insanity. (cybercookie to the first person who knows where that greeting came from.)

Poll:
Favorite animated ep: "Hunter's Moon" by a long margin, followed closely by "The Mirror" and "Eye of the Beholder."
Favorite TGS ep:
Gargoyles: I don't remember the title, but it's the one with Goliath dreaming into the night about being back in the 11th Century. (Sorry.) It's the allusions to all the prince-princess fairy tales (Elisa trying to awaken the stone Goliath with a kiss) that really made me like it.
TimeDancer: Without question, a tie between "Fleeting Encounters" and "The Promise."

Deuce: My CR persona is the only RP'ing I ever do. Here goes ... my CR persona is a human that can turn into a gargoyle. I wanted more stamina with the band, so Coyote granted it to me, but with a catch (Coyote *is* a trickster, after all!) that I become a full-blood gargoyle whenever I wear my band jacket. Because I was basically p****d off at Coyote for doing this, I named my gargoyle self "Coyote the Bando." The main drawback of this arrangement is that I can't wear the jacket during the day, otherwise I turn to stone and can't take the stupid thing off until sunset.
Click on my name link to see a pic of me before and after Coyote's spell, wearing the jacket.

Ravyn: I get the feeling you're an Adam Sandler fan ... hopefully your "lonesome kicker" isn't an Eastern European soccer player with a 39-letter last name that nobody can pronounce (see the vid for the song). ;)
Since you're DIY'ing your car, how much are you looking to spend for that breather hose? Because if it's too much, depending on the car it can run equally as happily without it. (The Tazillac did ... until it blew a head gasket) Worst comes to worst, you can cannibalize one out of aluminum dryer vent pipe. Just a suggestion.

Mary Flanders: Check the TGS site, they should have a page that covers all the legal stuff. Before I started writing G:CM I memorized that page.

Well, it's been 45 minutes. Here's hoping that my mail's up again.

What I wanted to mention was my favorite TGS ep. In "Gargoyles", I don't have one. My favorite TimeDancer eps: it's a tie between "Requiem" and "Games Without Frontiers".

The Silhouette and the TIE Lander from the Dark Star hover overhead.] Thanks for coming, Brian; we need all the help we can get!

RP persona> Click my name to see me (the stunningly handsome male blue gargoyle), Miriam (the stunningly beautiful {as humans go anyhow} human female), and Liberty (the stunningly tall female garg). Age? I'm 23 gargoyle years, Miriam's thirtysomething human years, and since Libby's a creation of Coyote and not myself, you'll have to ask him how old he is.

Deuce> Extremely kewl spell! (Maybe I should have gone for that instead of the Demona-like transformation spell. Wonder if I can get a trade-in.)

Well, now to do what I came here to do. SJ? [The screen switches to a view of somewhere aboard the Dark Star. SJ is there, and behind him is an enormous tank of the clone degenerative virus.] Have all the approved clones been inoculated with the vaccine? [SJ nods.] Good. Spread the virus. [SJ presses a key on a control panel, and a pump sucks all the viral gas out of the tank and into several modified torpedoes. Another key press, and the torpedoes are launched, traveling to equidistant points over the surface of the earth before detonating and spreading the CDV all over the world. The screen switches back to Wilek and company.] Whew, it's over. No more psychotic clones.

Fave TGS ep: Timedancer "Requiem". Fave TGS character: All of them. ^_^

Ultimate System Crasher Demon> I don't think so. [Wilek's half-Fey friend Anoth Mitaxis stalks into the CR and telekinetically pulls the Demon (who snuck back in after being chased out) out of the system before frying it to a crisp with lightning.] Thanks.

[Liberty comes into VCN HQ and yanks real hard on Wilek's ponytail. "DON'T CALL ME LIBBY!" Liberty stalks out.] OW! Yeesh, sorry.

Theresa> What exactly does Nyle Unlimited do? Is it a defense contractor or something?

Must get back to this. [Several Ninjas leap out at the group and begin firing assault weapons at them; Orion throws holy water on them and they burst into flames.] That was close. [The screen shuts down.]

At least I can feel better about not checking it tomorrow.

COYOTE> Translation is bang on. Friend of mine from University of Calgary came up with it. He explained to me once the EXACT effects of caffiene on you, and why it does that. The heightened alterness is caused by stimulation of the adrenal gland, etc., etc. Turned me off coffee for about twelve hours.

My Age: 14, but you'd never guess. I've been estimated (IRL, by some very sane people) to be anywhere from 15-18; on the 'net to be up to 21. I'm a sophomore (we call 'em "tenth-graders" up here in Canada) in a cool high-school with a great girls-to-guys ratio. (4:1, or thereabouts).

New Poll: This is getting a little confusing. How about everyone posts their RP-species? (Garg, human, fey... *looks at Theresa*... alien, whatever). For the record, I'm a gargoyle with a spell on me. I can select my form (human, gargoyle, stone) at will, with a catch. Being a gargoyle by day is doable, but it's hard on my eyes. If I turn to stone at any time, regardless of the state of the sun, I stay that way until the next sunset. (This is how I can walk or fly in and out of here at all hours).

Hi guys. This is my first post in the comment room. I discovered this page this summer, and it took me a while to read the Gargoyles, Pendragon and Timedancer episodes. I'll start on Dark Ages eventually, though i'm not a big fan of medieval type stories. I like the flashbacks in Gargoyles, but a whole serie of them? Oh well, it's just my opinion.

The Rising was a great episode, period. Some of you guys should go work for Disney and revive the serie <grin>.

A little description of me: I'm a 19 year old Quebecer, big fan of Gargoyles ever since I saw my very first episode. I had to wait for reruns to see the first few episodes though, cuz I arrived a little late in the first season.

Interests: Roleplaying games (Shadowrun is my favorite), listening to loud punk rock music (none of that commercial garbage they play on radio for me), going to punk concerts whenever I can, surfing the 'net and just about do anything with computers.

Currently studying Computer Science at Université de Sherbrooke (you gotta like those French names ;)). Yes, I like 'puters so much I want to program them...

Some very interesting comments going around. Well anyway, does anyone know of any good King Arthur books? Or some books on mythology? I love to get find information on these subjects and I can't get enough. :)
oh and for that survey...
First kiss-I was in the 3rd grade. Yes it was good.
Best kiss-Hmmmmm...I'll have to think about that one.
First Drive-I was 13 and it was a mini-van...did you know that you should aways make sure that the parking brake is released? (just a joke)
Damage-well I put a small dent in the driver's side door while backing up (long story)
I'm 19 and I'm currently in college.

Alright, I just realized I contradicted myself. First I said I'd read stories where Uwaine has an axe, then I said I didn't. Ugh! To finally clear up this issue, I have seen many pictures that show him carrying one and I have read a few King Arthur stories (I can't recall where I found them) where he was carrying an axe but used his sword primarily. I also think it goes without saying that all good knights should carry axes as well as daggers and swords. With all the traveling they do, they need some kind of weapon that can easily chop firewood. So Uwaine had an axe for that, and maybe as a secondary weapon. At least, that's the impression I got from reading the legends I have about him. (I'll have to read more before I write the story, prior to now I wasn't even aware he and Owain were the same guy.) Agony really has the axe more for his executioner image than his knightly past life. Okay, let's drop this thread now, all that can be has been said. At least, as far as I know.

One last thing ...

Ravyn: I'm sure he won't. If he did, though I'm sure I could hold my own (if I had played football, which I didn't, more than likely I would have been a lineman.), so there's no worries about my well-being.

Now I'm *really* audi.

Todd: I've never really read a King Arthur story where Uwaine used any weapon but a sword. I have seen a lot of pictures that were supposed to be of him and/or the knight who I think was his student and squire, Percival. Both of them are carrying axes in addition to swords in practically all the pictures. Sorry, I don't remember where I found those pics. The Green Knight was also an inspiration factor for Agony's character, I think in the Gargoyles version of the legend the Green Knight was probably an Unseelie. Let's try to drop this King Arthur thread now, alrighty? I'm getting a little sick of talking about it.

My Age: Kitainia and I are both 19, going on 20.

Okay, so I didn't go to sleep right away.

Must go.

SOROW> I'm 592...no, just kidding. If ya really must know, I'm actually 16 and I'm a junior in high school. ;)

Coyote> No problem, man. You looked a little depressed and I had to help ya cheer up. Now I just hope my 'first kisser/secret significant other' doesn't mind...;) After all, he is a football player and he might get the whole team to track me down...

**The Buena High School Varsity Football Team comes crashing through the comment room, and Ravyn grins** Uh oh, that would be my first kisser now...Better run! Good night, all! **Ravyn sprints out with the team**

Was it good? Kinda wet, but after I broke up with him I found out how nasty he really was!
First car: I get my brother's on my b-day(Nov.18). We call it the pirate ship. The cannon and plank were too expensive though.

Hey, everyone!!!!!Out of curiosity, post how old you are now!Am I right most of us are in high school or just into college?

Sorry if I'm a bit upset, but somebody just tried to e-mail me an obscenely large file attachment that crashed my mail program. Grrr .... anyway I've got a bunch of messages bottlenecking on the server and the ISP's closed, and I won't be able to call them until tomorrow evening because of work and things I'm mentioning later. I'll be brief (I work at 7am tomorrow).

Homosexuality tangent: I'm not even going there.

Ravyn: Thanks. I needed that.

Deuce: I think that translates to "I think that I think, therefore I think I am." Right?

Heather: Go for it. If I can create a Detroit clan that lives in a junkyard and has a driving doggoyle **Buick barks** you can certainly create a Clan Africa.

Wilek: Thanks for the vaccine. Coyote the Gearhead has been sufficiently vaccinated for the oncoming clone apocalypse.

Doug: There's plenty of vaccine to go around. Besides, I need some for an ... upcoming incident ... in my fics ... that I already told Spike about ... involving that retro-virus Rosanna has. Anything more and I'd have to kill you, it's that secret.

Anyway, I'm going to be out and about after work tomorrow. Any Detroit-area fans in here (FS? LM?), I would love to meet you tomorrow afternoon, say 4:30 at Gibraltar Trade Center North (Mount Clemens). The occasion? I'm having my Lexington vinyl peel-on made, and would love an opinion on it from my fellow fans. If you're in the area or at the place itself, look for a wide-bodied man wearing a Michigan State Band jacket and a Red Wings jersey standing next to a signage booth: that'll be me.

(and I'll be sure to take pictures and post them for everybody's opinions, too!)

I'm audi. Must sleep, long day tomorrow.

**Coyote leaves. Nothing really special.**

[No Blaisism, just quick replies.]
Heather> One example of African clothing (Or it might be from India; I'm not sure) is a puondum, which is a sort of brightly-colored kilt-looking thing. Or you could always have them in loincloths; that's a good garg fashion. For Africa, they might be cloth or beaded, instead of leather like the ancient Scottish gargs wore. If you have them in northern Africa, you might want to put them in Egyptian wear; I can make up some pretty kewl Egyption-sounding names.

Doug> Thanks for the info and correction.

DOUG> Exactly. Believe it or not, I DO agree with almost everything you said, and am too tired to contradict you on the things I don't agree with. I've been on the computer for four hours already, and I have to put in another four before bed (mostly work, little play). So I hereby end our morality thread before we seriously -- ah -- TICK each other off! *pulls out scissors and snips this discussion thread* Anyone continuing this topic will be shot. Thank you.

RE: CLONES> Oh, good. This is starting to get grating. For the record, I got run over by 2 Wilek centaurs and 3 Coyote centaurs. The next day, I suffered the pain of morphine withdrawl. As for the fate of the centaur clones: both Wilek Centaurs and a Coyote were vaporized by something blue and glowing (anyone want credit?), and the other two Coyotes were reduced to hamburger meat by a really big gun.

Now, back to work!

DOUG - Uwaine used an axe? Where was that? I'm afraid that I don't recall any legends where that was his weapon. (In fact, the only axe that I recall from the Arthurian legends was the one in the story of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight).

(Doug appears on the monitor, leading the Ravens toward a large dingy tenement in the heart of South Austin's most gang-ridden neighborhood. Miriam and Wilek are accompanying them.)

Thanks for coming along, Wilek. Our first fight with the bad guys in this RP saga was really aided by Miriam and you. We are in your debt! Now we are headed for the headquarters of the gang. Let me tell everyone more about them, so Wilek knows what he's writing. The VCNs, mostly composed of Hispanics and Mexicans (note, I have nothing against these sorts of people IRL, unless they're jerk idiot violent criminals like practically everyone in this gang is), are a local Austin gang full of violent idiotic jerks who the Ravens have had a few conflicts with. Their colors are black and green. We don't know who their leaders are, but in this Rp saga they will be a guy named Guilliermo (named after the most annoying cast member in my Spanish language textbook) who's kind of like Dracon in personality and his amigo Jose, who is just a big thug and little more than that. Hope nobody gets offended by this Blaise-ism saga.

SJ and Coyote: Please see that Thailog, the other Gargoyles clones, Sevarius's many various clones, Guod, and Asil are among the clones who get that vaccine. Many writers, myself included have plans for them we would not like to see interrupted by your virus. BTW, that virus was in "Hunter's Moon," not CoS.

Brian: The actor Brian Thompson, who is known for playing numerous thug types in action movies and the X-Files Alien Bounty Hunter, was also a big influence on Seth's character. The spike-handled machete Seth uses is partly a direct reference to the similar weapon employed by Thompson's Night Stalker character in the movie Cobra, starring Birgitte Nielsen and Sylvester Stallone. He also likes the knife, and is at least as good with it as any Jamaican coconut man. Another reason he has it is to accent his brutality. The shotgun is a direct reference to the inspirations of Duke Nukem and Ash, the machete is for the Night Stalker, they're both very brutal weapons. That's why Seth uses them. If you're curious about Agony's electric hand and axe as well, he uses the axe because Uwaine used one in most Arthurian legends I've read about him and because he's an executioner. The hand was partly inspired by Max Radl's lack of a left one in The Eagle Has Landed, partly by Luke Skywalker's synthetic hand, partly by all the cybernetics I've already seen in gargoyles, and partly by the King Of Fighters video games' character Heidern's ability to shoot electric bolts from his hands and the last boss of Virtua Cop 2's ability to shoot similar bolts and electrified rockets. (Both video game characters were major influences on Agony's current fighting style, and the latter game also helped inspire the looks and ideas for many of the Commandos including the Thompsons, Weston, Donovan, Tomlinson, Sheppard, Stewart, the Jetpack Squadron, Sameer, and the Caterkiller tractor-tank. Play the game and you might see them.) But mostly Seth and Agony have the weapons they do because they fit in with their characters, and I think they're very cool and appropriate weapons, as have my readers so far.

Deuce: As far as we're concerned, our relationship is between the two of us and whoever else we choose to talk about it with. (That doesn't include you right now.) God isn't really a factor. He is important to us, but we don't know what he thinks, nor do we pretend to (unlike many people). We just live our lives as best we see fit to, and mostly don't care if anyone gets mad at us for it. We also both have faith that God will understand and tolerate whatever we do, unless of course it was flat out wrong in our opinions (and both of us have done a lot of that stuff, though for the past few years and the rest of our lives we have been and intend to continue not doing it). What some of God and Jesus Christ's so-called followers (I speak of Pastor John, Sister Sue, Trent Lott, Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, and people like them here, not anyone from this CR) think of us and our lifestyles, we care even less. (God deliver us from those who are your followers in name but not in practice, lifestyle, and emotion!) We'll keep you in the dark about our relationship, I'm sure you either can guess or rather would not know much about the things we do with our lives. Out of respect for that and other people who feel similarly, we'll only when we're directly asked or it's really needed discuss them in this comment room.
(Note: this entire comment to Deuce is only my opinion.)

SJ: I completely agree with your view on homosexuality, except that my reasons for not liking it are rooted in personal opinion, not religion. I still see people as human, no matter their sexual orientation, and have little or no problem with whatever their choice IRL. Now let's please drop this subject. :)

Okay, that's all for now. Later!
(The Ravens and their friends sneak up to the VCNs' headquarters, where Keith and Tricia quickly dispatch the door guards with an invisiblity-aided knockout and a quick psionic blast. The screen goes blank as they hide the guards' bodies in a nearby alley and then head into the building.)

This is a late entry, but my apologies to Tod. When I first read " The Rising" I used a link under your name or e-mail, or something, and was able to read them. I had just assumed that you had a web page.
Now, I was wondering if perhaps I may be looking at the wrong archive. The archive I used to view the pics for TGS had the same pics form last season and not the new season. Are the new pics still being added, or am I ecperiencing a problem with links? I was also wondering if you guys, or whoever runs the stories for TGS were even going to do Dark Ages at all. I hear talk about it but see no real promises. I am very eager to see how Goliath becomes the second in command and how he becomes involved with Demona. I am also curious about events pertaining to Asrial and Atalanta.
For Gargoyles, everyone by now knows that I am into Elisa and Goliath. But I was also curious about Thailog. At what point will he enter the series, and will we see more of Macbeth? It's a pain to respond, especially to me I guess, but I am just curious.

Oi, the trouble I have caused.

I'm sorry for opening this particular can of worms. I said what I said about Sailor Moon cause I know there was a big controversy a while ago about a couple of the characters being gay (and of course, like Doug said, there are _numerous_ pics and stories out there on the web...sometimes I think the 'Net was created just for smut). I was kinda joking around, but it wasn't a very funny joke, and I'm really sorry.

As for homosexuality, like it's been said by far smarter people (I can think of Kitiana as one...darn, I still think of you as Lisa!) this isn't really the place for that. It's a gargoyle comment room, we shouldn't have to worry about the serious moral questions of the world in here, cause it's just too hard. Besides, as almost happened here, people can get upset when their own beliefs are questioned/contradicted. Please, hermanos y hermanas! We're all friends here. No matter what your beliefs, you got a place here where we can all come together as friends.

As for my own beliefs on homosexuality (I know, I'm being a hypocrite, saying that we shouldn't talk about it, and here I am keeping the flame going, but I just wanna wrap up the debate), I think that a person can live there life as they wish. I may not agree with it, for whatever reason (in my case, years of religion) but that's no reason not to love, care for, or treat that person just like any other human being, with dignity and respect. However, I do really have a problem when someone tries to do something like that play, I think it's called Corpus Christi? I think that's just asking for trouble. Plus, even though it may not (or may, I don't know) be the intent of the play's production team, they have to know that they're gonna piss of a whole bunch of people by putting on the play. So just don't do it.

Whoo, enough seriousness.

Wilek: Glad to finally kill them clones! They've been driving me nuts for _days_ now!

Things I'd like to see in TGS - A story with Fang and what he's been up to since we last saw him . Developments with Sharon and the rest of the mutates . Lex stray further from the way he was in Future Tense (That's the thing I'm most afraid of happening ) and believe me , the way Brookly acts around him does nothing to help . Sarah if your use for her is not yet finished . An explanation as to what happened with Brooklyn in Egypt .

Doug : What gave you the idea to give Seth a Machette anyway . [The screen shows that Wilek, Miriam, Doug, and Kitainia have managed to get into a firefight with the Vayas Comos Ninjas youth gang. Wilek speaks.] Miriam and Doug have summoned help from the Dark Star and the Black Ravens; I hope they get here in time. We're not sure where Shallow Mouth got to; I hope the Ninjas didn't get him.

[The TV announces that Hyena has killed and stripped the skeletons of Ellen DeGeneres and Anne Heche. Shenzi the caterer turns it off as she comes in, a tray of rather odd looking steak sandwiches in hand.] Those look a little off, Shenz. ["I agree. I'd better take 'em to bio-haz."]

Heather> I like all your ideas. I would suggest a lion-goyle and a tiger-goyle, but those would look too much like Leo and Claw, and you probably want to be more original.

You know, speaking of new clans, my parents have told me that my grandparents were from some huge clan in Kentucky. I never found out why they migrated to where we live now.

Someone's been making MORE STINKIN' CLONES?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I think I'll give up numbering the clones of Coyote and myself and just catalogue them. I apparently have a Centaur, a Clinton, a Kevorkian, and a third Fieger. Ack. (I'll bet the centaur looks pretty kewl though.) Which ones of these have died, who did it, and how? I'm keeping track of that.

Deuce> <<I heard about that play. I'm sorry, but I find that to be totally sacreligious, and even blasphemous>> <<I have a problem with ALL PEOPLE who have sex outside of marriage>> I am exactly the same way. The author of that play will burn in Hades if I have to send his filthy, miserable soul there myself. I've had to do it before, and Oberon only knows how many times Miriam has.

Kitainia <<Views on Homosexuality: This is not the place to mention things like this, IMO.>> I'll drink to that!

Green Baron> So, your character in the Catholic Scouts thing would be more of a father figure to the scouts. Kewl. Possible scout names: Ave, Madonna, Magnificat, San Madre (I would have done that one in Latin but I don't know enough), and Maria. Villains: Geoffery Fieger or Marilyn Manson.

It's time to finish this clone madness. SJ? [SJ walks in, with a canister of the carrier virus from City Of Stone, armed with a clone-degenerative virus and a canister of vaccine, which he gives to Coyote.] Coyote, have someone inject that vaccine into any clones you want to keep. When you're done, tell SJ to break the canister and spread the virus (which is harmless to non-clones). This is where it ends.

Well, we have to--YES! [Wilek sees the Black Ravens arrive on the Silhouette chopper, and simultaneously, Dark Star stormtroopers jetpack in from the TIE landing craft hovering overhead. The combined forces are enough to make the gang retreat. Shallow Mouth comes out of where he's been hiding since the bar fight.] Now we're getting somewhere! Look out, Dark Guardian! We're comin' for ya! [The screen goes blank.]

Clan Austin is composed of all Western-type gargoyles. Guadalupe the leader is a John Wayne type and cowboy gargoyle, Brazos looks like the GWT Longhorn gargoyle and is a noble drunk cowboy type, Bluebonnet is a dance-hall girl type gargoyle, Trinity a big whining type of female garg, Jacinto a womanizing and wisecracking Mexican horse garg who likes violence a little too much, Red is a big armadillio-like gargoyle beast, and Alamo is a hugely muscled deaf-mute dressed in farmer's overalls. Original, yeah, sorta. But nowhere near what you have planned. Sigh. Oh well.

*cringes, raises hands* Oops. Sorry. Didn't mean to offend anybody. Yeah, that's just my opinion.

DOUG> No offense taken. Actually, thanks for correcting me. I have a tendency to speak prior to thinking, and this gets me in heaps of trouble. To enlighten you: I define "homosexual mindset" basically as saying that you are homosexual, having a "gay" attitude, being sexually attracted to members of the same sex... you get my point, I hope. The point I was making earlier is that, regardless of sexual orientation, God expects all unmarried people to remain celibate. ANY kind of sex outside of marriage is a sin; homosexual sex (that sounds kinda funny) is also a sin. Well, that's what I believe, and what my parents, etc., believe.

Let me now say that I have no problem with gay people at all (unless guys start hitting on me, then I get a little annoyed). As a matter of fact, one of my close friends is a lesbian. (We actually have similar taste in women). I have a problem with ALL PEOPLE who have sex outside of marriage. I don't condemn them immediately, I just don't approve of their actions.

This is only my opinion.

KITAINIA> Well, if you want to be picky, I had my first kiss when I was 5, in my treehouse, with a friend from kindergarten. We were playing house, and she leaned over and kissed me (on the lips, FYI). But my first REAL, ROMANTIC one was at 13.

(Suddenly a loud roaring noise echos from inside the bar, sounding like a mixture of Demona's angry snarl and the Xena battle cry. Then several screaming drunks rush or are flung out, followed by Doug, Kitainia, and about ten bikers all brushing their hands together and clapping each other on the backs. All but Kitainia then walk back into the bar, while she steps foreward to fill out her survey answers.)

Good thing I was in there catching up on old times with my Hell's Angel friends. Otherwise, Doug might have had to fight those guys all by himself. We'll get a break in the burglary case soon, hopefully. Right now, still nothing.

First kiss: I got mine at age 11, but it wasn't any kind of record or anything. Some girls in my class got theirs when they were a lot younger. (I think seven years old was our record.) Yeah, it was good.
Best kiss: That I got at age 19, about three weeks ago from Doug. It really brightened my spirits after the dismal day I'd had, and yes, it was excellent!

First car: a blue Dodge Viper was what I learned to drive in, but I really don't drive cars much anymore. I prefer my motorcycle.
Car Damage or Accidents: None so far, thank goodness.

First Motorcycle: a Honda Sportster I quickly lost in an accident. Currently, my bike is a Kawasaki Ninja.
Motorcycle Accidents: I've only had two. The above one that cost me the bike and one spill I took on one. (The Town Lake crash involving Buick I mentioned in here was just an RP Blaise-ism.)
Traffic Tickets: I used to get a whole bunch of them. But I haven't had any in years, I've been very fortunate.

Religion: Same as Doug's, with only a few minor differences.
Views on Homosexuality: This is not the place to mention things like this, IMO. Let's just say I have the same liberal and tolerant views on it Doug does, with only one major difference. (Let's not talk about it in here, people. This is not the place. Ask me by e-mail if you must know. <frown>)

What I'd like to see more of in TGS: Thailog as a villain. Lex and Liz's friendship, as well as Richard and Angela's. More of Brianna, she's a good character. Ditto for Sharon and Dr. Goldblum. Lots more character development for Brooklyn and Sata in Timedancer (the amount we have now is good, but IMO there should be more of it). Timedancer and Dark Ages' new seasons, ASAP. In Dark Ages, I'd also like to see Brother Edmund come back and for them to make sure Asrial has a great death scene (I know it's coming). That's all I want right now, I'll let everyone know if more comes to mind.
Favorite Unseelie: Madoc is cool. I can certainly understand his mindset and appreciate him as a villain. I'd also like to see more of the demon cat, Grimalkin. He has been very entertaining in his few appearances. (Just please don't do any eps where he turns Cagney or the Mutates against Elisa!)

Okay, that's all I came to say. Later!

DOUG - Thanks for the info. (Technically, though, Hadrian's Wall was not actually intended as a defensive barrier against the Picts, but rather, as a sort of headquarters for the Roman soldiers stationed in the north of Britain).

As far as the TGS Arthur is concerned, in my view, at least, he's a blend of the medieval Arthur and the post-Roman Arthur. We focus on the "medieval Arthur", but get in things like the Saxon invasions.

** The monitor lights up with a scene of Doug about to walk into a large and dingy biker bar called "Hogg Waller's." (Cyber-cookie to the person who can guess where I got the name.) **

Hi, people. I just found out that there's a man calling himself Shallow Mouth (instead of Deep Throat, <grin>) who has info on my case. He wanted to meet me in this bar in a few minutes. I have time to say a few things to y'all first.

SJ: The Sailor Moon girls as lesbos? Well, I have certainly enjoyed reading stories decipting that from some webpages. :) But honestly, I can't see them that way IRL. The show sure makes it clear they're all just friends. Oh well, some of them are probably closet bis. :) That's all I have to say about that.

Todd: I'll probably decipt King Arthur as mostly strictly medieval, though the flashbacks of his reign in Pendragon will play a big part in the way I portray him, the knights, and Camelot. There will be a Pict invasion in my story, because of it Uwaine will lament in one scene that "the wall I built has stopped working!" and make the other knights wonder. <grin> I don't know if I'll decipt the Roman occupation or a Saxon invasion, though. Unseelie, Picts, and Morgana are villians enough.

Brian: Seth's not exactly the same kind of attention-grabber that guy Trinity is. He doesn't really care whether anyone acknowledges his vigilanteism because he does it to help people and kick ass. Johnny Ireland and his Sparks vigilante gang are the ones who also do their work for attention. But Seth has killed literally millions of criminals in his time. And he has survived wounds from pistols, rifles, Uzis, shotguns, particle beam guns, lasers, swords, crossbows, arrows, Gatling guns, rocket launchers, swords, spears, rocks, knives, clubs of all sorts, and even a nuclear blast on one occasion. Of course, he is immortal and only iron can permanently damage his flesh, so it was easy for him to do all that. :) And he's lucky that his facial crescent scars are his only significant ones. Agony has not been so fortunate (mostly due to a nasty shrapnel bomb that hit him when he was Max Radl). Thanks for the interesting story and the myth.

Catholic Schools: I graduated high school from one that I went to in my last two years. It was a very great place. Tough conservative head coach and bishop; and liberal but religious principal, admissions director, counselors, and vice principal. Also, all but one of the religous teachers were liberal but deeply religious (and the one who wasn't ignored us students as much as she could). Sex, drugs, alcohol, and heavy metal music were also very popular, though, and nobody seemed to care. Now that my class is graduated, I've heard they're starting to, partly because the bishop drove out most of the liberal people from the school by the end of my senior year, and the new principal staff are all the same sort of folk he is, as well as his puppets and pawns. (grrr...)

Deuce: According to some people's idea of Christianity, what you said is true. However, to many people such a statement as you made about homosexuality is deeply insulting. Please add a phrase like "this is only my opinion," to any future posts of a religous right nature you plan to make in here, in my experience that tends to lessen any anger people get from reading or hearing them. Also, could you please give your definition of "homosexual mindset" if you plan to mention it as a sin or not? The way some jerks around here define Christianity, any thought of sex being pleasurable, especially any thoughts of homosexuality, are mortal sins. (These are Pastor John's wacked-out beliefs, not mine fortunately.) Sorry if I offend you by saying this, I just have to make sure you don't offend anyone in future with statements like the one you made.

In case anyone is curious, I don't really have an opinion on homosexuality. If people want to live that way, it's their choice, and they can deal with it however they want to. They'll still be my friends, if they were before they decided to become gay or lesbo. Same for family members, though I don't think I have any homosexual ones. Personally, I let each go their own way in most things, sexuality included, as long as they're not hurting anyone by going the way they are. If they are, I step in and help end the hurting. Otherwise, people's sexuality is their business, not mine. That's my opinion on the subject. (BTW, my sexual orientation is hetero, completely. I do know some gays who are okay people, and IMO not the kind of folk who deserve exile to the Lower Planes. Then there was that guy I beat up at summer camp when I was thirteen because he wouldn't stop coming on to me. He was different. In general, as long as homosexuals don't try to justify their lifestyle to me (they don't need to, since the way they live their life is not nor should be my decision or problem) or involve me in it in some way I don't want to be, I'm okay with them.)

From a religous standpoint, I am a Christian; and I view God as a endlessly knowledgable, mysterious, and benevolent sort of person, not a hateful angry judge except when he really needs to be and that is not often at all; I'm also a very liberal deist. I believe that it is up to each person to live their lives as they see fit, and God should only have a place in their lifestyles and decisions if they're willing to let him. I know this is a radical idea, but IMO it's also the most understandable, tolerant, and loving (and therefore the best) religion. To each his own for what kind of higher power they want to believe in and how they want to live their life, as long as they're not hurting anybody and they're okay with what they're doing I have virtually no problem with their decisions.

Okay, that's all I came to say. I'll go meet Shallow Mouth now. Later.

(Doug steps into the bar, and about five minutes later the sounds of a huge fight began to echo from inside. Uh oh.)

Hi all. We've still got gremlins in the electric system at work. Hopefully I'll get this post done before we lose power again.

Heather> Cool Pic. A agree with the others, a zebragoyle would also be cool.

Thought about TGS> Could the dragon wars be referring to a conflict between the eastern mythologies and the western ones? China and Japan were both big on dragons in their myths. Japan has legends of dragon kings in the seas, and China of course has imperial dragons.

Well, must run. I'm off line and on the highway for the weekend again.

What is with this picture of Demona?! She has no lips, for god's sake!

Crud, my last post didn't show! *growls*

Deuce> Hey, there, I play the flute and piccolo (which, no offense, is a much better Marching instrument in a high-energy band such as my school has). I'm not a "band fag" either~~> band is considered to be cool at my school because of our old fashioned swing style (with head-bobs and the like).

Heather> Cool, about the gargs. I do that, too. Btw, go with the Zebra~~> fits the African scene better than a falcon, I think.

Thanx, people, for the birthday wishes!! I had a nice B-day. :) I received this really awesome book about Scottish faeries (Hurrah!) with Seelie and Unseelie and such. Very nicely done.

POLL:
First kiss> Last year, and it was nasty (he's my ex, so..:P)
First Car> Soon to get one, after I get my license!!
TGS> Give us DARK AGES!!!
Fave Unseelie> *shrug* Don't have one.

Rising, Pt.2> I'm quite late on this comment, but I liked it a lot, and can't wait for the next one! (But, in truth, I'd rather read DA!!!)

Thanx, everyone, for wishing me a happy birthday! It was a good one. :) I got a book about Scottish faeries, too! It's got Seelie and Unseelie and all that.

POLL STUFF:
First kiss> 15, and it was nasty, to tell the truth (from my ex, who I really hate now~~> :P).
First car> I don't have one yet, but I will have, once I get my license. Yeah!
Fave Unseelie> *shrug* Don't really have one.
TGS> Bring us DARK AGES, for the love of Gargoyles!!

Hello again.
Well I finished my pic of a African gargoyle . Since my favorite animal is the cheetah , I thought of making a cheetah-like gargoyle. I named her Leanna. How to say "Law-na".
I'm going to make a couple of more gargoyles. With the looks of a meerat , a gazelle , two wild hunting dogs , and maybe a zerba. Or a falcon.
And my homepage is a Sailor Moon page. With the making of my own senshi.
If you got any ideas for african-gargoyles. e-mail me.

Hi
Um....did I start something because we're talking about Sailor Moon now. <G>
Anyway, I was wondering is there a African clan ? I mean we got Scottish , English , Japanese , that South American Clan , French , and Avalon clans. Why not a African clan ? Because I was been drawing this character that is a African gargoyle. I'll post it when I'm done.

Green Baron> I heard about that play. I'm sorry, but I find that to be totally sacreligious, and even blasphemous, seeing as how Jesus Christ was without sin, and although a homosexual mindset is not sinful, a homosexual LIFESTYLE is. Therefore, this play sucks.

My thought of the day:
"Cogito, ergo sum." = "I think, therefore I am."
"Cogito cogito, cogito ergo sum." = Figure it out.

P.S. That's my real address up there (finally). Do you know how hard it is to find a good free POP account?

DOUG - One other thing that I was just wondering. In your "Timedancer/King Arthur" story, would you be handling Arthur in pure "conventional medieval" fashion, or would there be elements in it from the "search for the historical Arthur" (i.e., invading Saxons and Picts, a recently ended Roman occupation, Mount Badon, etc.)?

Baron & Sevarius Jr.> If your going to mention them, might as well put down the full facts <naturally! :)> :

The two Outer Senshi(scouts) are two older women (guestimate around 20 years old) by the names Michiru and Hiraku. Hiraku is a former sprinter, and is Sailor Uranus; Michiru is a professional violinist, as is Sailor Neptune.

In truth, this isn't the first example of a "same-sex" relationship in Sailor Moon. Two of the Dark Generals from the first season of Sailor Moon - Malachite and Zoicite - were both male lovers. (to cover this up, the American-dubbed version of SM portrays Zoicite as a woman.) In truth, this sort of theme is not unheard of in some Japanese Anime, because from my understanding, homosexual relationships are more tolorated in Japanese culture than here in the US (or so I was told/observed).

:::reminds himself that he has to eventually get back to his writing of his 'all-male' version of the Sailor Scouts someday:::

Well, that's all for me for today! I'm off to INCON for the next three days, and won't be back on line until sometime monday night. Everyone have fun this weekend!

**Green baron returns after an Econ Class.**

Sevarius Jr.> Glad you like the idea. BTW, only two of the Outer scouts are lesbians. The others are quite heterosexual. Your theory about that was used in Broadway's Corpus Christi, where they portrayed Jesus having relations with his apostles. I don't buy either theory, 90s or not. That's just my personal opinion.

I guess you should also know that Dr. Van Helsing was a Catholic and a good friend of Pope Leo XII. He used a snctified host as a weapon against the Count, and I guess the hero should be Catholic, since Stoker was a good Irishman. Every Diocese has a Priest who performs exorcisms, though it is not talked about very much,a nd it is very controversial, but probably needed. Maybe, we should exorcise all those wacko progressive nuns who need to put on their habits :)

Deuce> De La Salle wasn't that liberal, but Bro. Jeffrey, the Principal, was a quasi-marxist who was anti-competition, and a radical egalitarian. Some Catholic schools have lots of problems, though it's better in New Orleans, because they are like public schools in Michigan or good education states.

As for Alchoholism, it is a problem for a lot of priests, especially Irish priests, and a lot of kids at Catholic school are not practciing Catholics, and a lot of Theology teachers teach some progressive AmChurch bullsh*t and pass it off as Doctrine. Luckily, my Religion Classes were pretty Catholic and not soem watered down weak copy.

Happy Birthday Spike and AotN.

*Deuce begins to speak, but is interrupted by clones of Wilek and Coyote. They look normal from the waist up, but the have the legs of horses. They are screaming and running away from the various clone-hunters* Uh-oh. Oh, no. SH--! *Deuce is run over by the centaur-clones, who are shortly after blown away by various projectiles and energy beams.*

Ouch. I went to a quasi-Catholic suburban school all my life. Co-ed. Weird thing was, it wasn't THAT Catholic. I mean, the rules were slack; a good 50% of the students had no religion whatsoever; sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll were more popular than they should be ANYWHERE (at least by the end of junior high); finally, our principal was an alcoholic. EVERYBODY know it, including parents. But I turned out all right. Sorta.

Interesting iron theories! I like the most recent one: good imagination! Of course, it remains up to the authors to say which one is valid.

Did any Canadians watch Stargate SG-1 last night? Dwight Schultz (Lt. Barclay, TNG) was on there, with a disgustingly false accent. And, true to form, the spent almost the entire episode in virtual reality.

Gotta jet. I may come back at lunch/tonight, but if I don't, see everybody on Monday! Busy, busy weekend coming up: little brother's birthday party, family get-togethers, and I have to clean my room! 'Bye!

Actually, "Vampire$" by John Steakley is the book that the new movies "Vampires" is based on. It goes into great detail about the Vatican/Vampire Hunter connection. It's a good book. (The fact that most of hte action takes place in Dallas is besides the point.)

I always thought Sailor Moon was cool cause she was a lesbian. She is isn't she? I mean, her and like five other girls, always with each other? It's the 90's people.

Green Baron: I don't know about Catholic school girls (although I like the idea) but in the new John Carpenter movie coming out on Halloween they got some Catholic vampire hunters. Have you seen the promos for this flick? It's too cool. I love the idea of a group of Catholic Church-sponsored "slayers." That's some good religion. ;)

**Green Baron is blasting clones that remain, but soemone has been making more. Wilek Fieger III and Wilek Clinton appear. This could be a longer time than expected**

Coyote> I just thought of the idea. I doubt they would be too similar. I don't even know what names or anything. They're not Sailors. I was thinking of giving them names based upon different titles for the Virgin Mary. Of course, I don't know about their title. "Virgin Scouts" would be taken the wrong way entirely :)

I don't even know who they could battle, except the AmChurch, evil progressive Catholics who pray to a god whose symbol is a ram's head, like Sister Sue :)

Doug> I'm not like Darien. Green baron wouldn't have any romantic relations with any of th
